The ground floor

In the « skyscraper », this space on the ground floor was not used as a place of life as it is today. Open to the four winds with a local wood or coal and a garage in the closed part of the garden courtyard had been planned for construction. Building on stilts is one of five points that define the architectural features of the Dom-Ino concept created by Le Corbusier in 1914.

In the house, originally the kitchen was on the first floor. It now occupies, with local technical, former garage.

From the kitchen, the hallway with toilet, links to a dining space in the yard, passing now closed with two windows that maintain the transparency of the building and leave the bath house light without cut off the view of the garden.

The front door in the middle of the house, in the yard of which has not been closed, opens the central staircase that provides access to all floors.

Kitchen, dining room, toilets and plant room are there to offer you the expected comfort and enjoy the garden and terrace.
